At 228 Grant Street Candle Co. all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Over the past few years, we've attempted to perfect the task of shipping candles. 99% of the time, candles are delivered without issue - except when a delivery is placed under an extremely heavy package during transit.
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to 228 Grant Street Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
